1. Minutes of 2018 AGM - 16 July 2018
2. Receipt of accounts for the financial years ended 31 January 2019.
Detailed accounts and the report of the Independent Examiner were published on the Trust website on 29 June 2019.
3. Election of the Society Board.
Six valid nominations have been received to fill the six vacancies on the Board - from Dave Eyles, Andy Fletcher, David Johnson, CJ Joiner, Tim Kalns and Neil White. The AGM is asked to approve their election to the Board for the period ending with the AGM in 2021.
