22nd February 2008 Unconditional offer from SISU for CCFC H Group CCFC H Group acquired at a net “fair value” of £8,600,589 plus costs 2008 and cash etc £932,563 Total £9,533,152. The net value is introduced into SBS&L Ltd creating a similar value in goodwill matched by loans from SISU investors. Subsequently in 31/05/11 accounts that goodwill is written down by £6,415,343 to nil (the difference being amortisation since 2008)
