The minutes of the meeting on 15 May 2017 were approved as a correct record.
Moz reported that he was in dialogue with club about the potential for an Open meeting with Mark Robins before start of season but was still awaiting a decision.
Frank updated on the Unite event scheduled for June 29th at Coventry University which would incorporate showing of Duncan Whitley’s film and an Open Forum which would include members of the Trust Board as well as Duncan and Simon Gilbert from Coventry Telegraph.
Fighting the Jimmy Hill Way
The Board were updated on recent initiatives by the campaign group.
Moz reported back on recent meetings held with members of consortium. The Board considered the latest position regarding the reported bids for the Club
Rachael reported that the Fighting Fund stood at £2259.25 and Members’ funds at £2688. The Board formally accepted the accounts for 2016/17. Proposed by Bruce. Seconded by Moz.
Bruce agreed to check availability of The Albany for w/c 17.7.17. It was agreed that meeting would not have to take place on the Monday if venue not available on that day.
It was agreed that no change is required.
It was agreed to write to Tim Fisher asking for an update on Academy if there was no further information forthcoming in next week.
Frank advised that the next Safety Advisory Group would take place on 26/6/17 and he would report back at next Board Meeting.
Members of the Trust board would be attending the court hearing scheduled for July 14th.
